1. GENERAL INFORMATION
This website is operated under the trade name Pabilora (hereinafter, "we" or the "Site"). By accessing our site and/or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"), including the additional terms and conditions available via hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site (visitors, suppliers, customers, and/or content contributors).
If you do not agree to all the Terms and Conditions, you may not use our services.
In addition, in matters not expressly provided for in these Terms, the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users) and other applicable regulations shall apply.
2. SHIPPING
2.1. Preparation and Shipping Times
We process and ship orders within 2 business days after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand or exceptional circumstances (force majeure, transportation issues, etc.), this time frame may vary; we will notify you of any relevant delays.
2.2. Delivery Times
- Shipping to Europe (EU): Between 3 and 7 business days (approx.).
- Shipping outside the EU: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and potential customs procedures.
2.3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and depend on the destination and the chosen shipping method. If multiple options are available (standard, express, etc.), the corresponding cost will be shown before completing the order.
2.4. Damaged Items During Shipping
If you notice visible damage to the packaging upon delivery, please inform the carrier and notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Otherwise, the damage will be considered to have occurred after delivery.
2.5. Customs and International Taxes
- For shipments within the EU: if we do not exceed certain cross-border sales thresholds, Spanish VAT (21%) will apply. If thresholds are exceeded or we are part of the One-Stop Shop (OSS) system, the applicable tax rate for the destination country will apply.
- For shipments outside the EU: Spanish VAT (0%) is not applied. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or local taxes at the destination.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)
3.1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU and Spanish regulations (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), you have 14 calendar days (from receipt of your order) to exercise your right of withdrawal without needing to provide justification.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision in writing (e.g., via support@pabilora.studio) before the deadline.
We provide a Withdrawal Form that you can download here (its use is not mandatory; any clear declaration of your intent to withdraw will suffice).
3.2. Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Products made to order, personalized items, or those that cannot be returned due to their nature are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
- If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to verify its features or functionality, we may deduct the corresponding depreciation from the refund.
3.3. Return Costs
- If the withdrawal is not due to product defects, the customer assumes the shipping costs for the return.
- If free standard shipping or other options were offered, only the cost of the most economical standard option available at the time of purchase will be refunded.
3.4. Refunds
Once we receive the product and confirm it is in the same condition as delivered, we will process the refund within a maximum of 15 business days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
4. LEGAL CONFORMITY GUARANTEE
All our products are covered by the 2-year legal conformity guarantee established by Spanish law and European Union regulations (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
This guarantee covers manufacturing defects or issues that make the product non-compliant with the agreed terms.
For consumable products like candles or similar items, if a defect is detected upon receipt, please contact us to arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Normal product wear or consumption is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Handcrafted Products and Soy Wax Characteristics.
Our candles, made from 100% soy wax, may exhibit slight surface irregularities (bubbles, small cracks, wax separation from the container, etc.). These features are natural and do not affect the proper functioning or fragrance of the candle; therefore, they are not considered manufacturing defects.
A defect covered by the legal conformity guarantee will only be deemed to exist if the product has damage that prevents its normal use (e.g., a cracked container or damaged wick). If you identify a genuine defect, please contact us to coordinate a replacement or refund in accordance with the law.
5. PAYMENT METHODS

5.2. Fees and Additional Costs
- The price displayed on the website includes applicable VAT and any known costs in advance.
